PC to PC calls for free with JABBIN
I’ve been looking around the XMPP standard for Instant Messaging and Presence&Availability for two years now. I’ve been playing with common XMPP IM tools such as GAIM, Jabber Client, Smack, Gush. Last week I’ve been in touch with the guy (Stefano) who is the leader of the JABBIN project.
JABBIN has the standard feature you expect from an IM client but the very difference is that JABBIN allows you to make free calls between XMPP clients implementing the extension called JINGLE (VoIP) specification. The only other client with this feature is GoogleTalk and infact JABBIN users can talk to Google Talk users too.
The JABBIN developer group is doing a very hard work. Congratulations!
