Telcontar and Mapquest offer LBS developer program

Telcontar and Mapquest had started recently developer programs like Y! and Google for their map web services. More info on respective web sites. Similar initiative from Via Michelin also. IMO, Y! and Google open API suffers from the lack or geocoding and vector maps for Europe (but UK). -L
